Strawberry Mashmallow (Ichigo Mashimaro) 12 Episodes, 3 ova's Genres: Commedy and Slice of Life

Summary: Well... there really isn't much of a plot to this animeO.o Similar to anime like Azumanga Daioh! or Lucky Star, its basically about a group of friends and their random experiences of everyday life. The four main characters are 11-12 year old girls; a "shy one", a "foreigner" who's not really a foreigner, the plain one, and the slightly insane random one. The "main" character, if there is one, is the "plain one's" big sister who's 20 years old. She acts as a big sis to all of them and plays/teases them all the time. She also seems to appreciate the little's girls "Moe" sideO.o though she's not a pervert... well not in the show anyways=_="
Each episode jumps around to random things~ Like the foreign girl (who's lived in Japan 99% of her life) pretends to be a foreigner even though she doesn't know any english; or the older sister and her Smoking habits, or everyone smacking around the insane idiot in their groupXD
Overall its probably not an anime everyone would likeXD It can be a little slow~ and sometimes it feels repetitive~ But there's usually one super funny part an episode~ (the only one that comes to mind is one of the kids changes the big sis's cell ring to "Ahhhh! its so hot in here" in an attempted sexual toneXD and the phone goes off in the super market and every one looks stares at her...) This anime is more created for the "cute lol factor" It was only 12 episodes so I thought it was worth watching^.^ Personally I liked Azumanga Daioh! and Lucky star better than thisO.o But it was still okXD
If you're looking for something action packed, dramatic, or ecchi this isn't the anime for you=_="
