Favorite Genres

I figured This section looked sad because nothing's been posted since NovemberXD
SO I decided to make a thread~

What you favorite types of anime genre? Or Are there types that you won't watch at allXD

Robot/Mecha
Comedy
Slice of life
Drama
Fighting
Love
Horror
Phycological/philosophical
Fantasy
Shoujo/shounen
Ecchi/hentai...

These are some of the examples I thought of off the top of my headXD Although I know there's a lot more~

My favorites are usually Drama or Comedy~ though I'll watch anything really^.^
(...well except Hentai=_=...)

While I like several Mecha anime I don't really like mecha too much though I'll watch it (I'm getting tired of it after watching both Code gease and Full Metal Panic at the same time though~)

I'll watch anything... but Guro or Yaoi. Actually I will watch Guro as long as itrs not excessive.

For example:

I will watch: Blood Shadow, with its women getting raped by ogres followed by a nice pressure washer finish.

I will not watch: Bondage Game with its no sex, obscene torture and murder scenes that constitute at least 60% of the series.

...of the non hentai variety, My staple is standard Action and Comedy. Like I said however I'll give anything a chance... except yaoi... unless its shota... by which I mean Bridget.

I will usually give anything a try at least once.  I don't think there are any genres I outright won't watch, although I'm probably least fond of Mecha/Space anime.  Apparently, I will even watch hentai so long as I don't know what it is when going in and it makes me laugh.  Yes, I watch hentai for comedic value. ;)

I think there are genres that I tend to watch more than others.  Probably fantasy, drama, psychological/philosophical (that's a genre?  sweet.), and horror.  Just thinking over the last few things that I've watched/am currently watching.

Obviously, anime that are cross-genre are awesome. (IE: something that falls into horror AND psychological - yay Boogiepop!)
