Ranma 1/2 (161 eps... my god was it that long>.< And 3 movies)

Summary:
The story is about a boy name Ranma who had traveled to China training in the "any thing goes martial arts stye." While there him and his dad end up at the cursed Jusenkyo springs. The legend is if you fall into the springs you transform into whatever was the last thing to drowned in it. In Ranma's case he gets turned into a womanXD (and his father into a panda) BUT they only transform into this when splashed with cold water. If they're splashed with hot water they transform back into their origenal form.
Now the story switches back to Japan. Ranma's father promised his son to marry one of his friend's 3 daughters before he was born. When they show up though they beleive Ranma's a girl... untill an unfortunate even when the youngest daughter walks in on him in a bathXD So the arranged marriage is still on. The two older sisters throw the responsibility to the youngest sister Akane, because she claims to "hate men"... (and also is a serious tomboy) so they didn't think it would bother her as much if he's half womanXD
Anyways the rest of the series there are probably well over 100 characters introduced. There are lot of hilarious situations and misconceptions because 1/2 of the characters can transform into random things such as women, pandas, cats, pigs, ducks ectXD Most of the series is every one hating ranma and beating the crap out of him, especially Akane who hates her fiance. This show also has one of the craziest love relationship trees ever, every one loves like 3 different peopleXD
The show starts off a little slow because they tried to be some what serious at first, but by the 2nd season they throw away any sense of reality and just do any crazy thing they want. The music and animation are a little older style, but if you can ignore that this is one of the funniest random anime in exsistenceXD
The manga is better actuallyXD It makes more sense somehow~ But if you're going to read it be prepared for confusion because girl and guy ranma both have black hair ... thus its very hard to actually tell when they transform occasionally.
(ohh and for those who didn't know its made by the same person as inuyasha... I don't know if that gives points to itXD I'm just throwing out there)...oh and just throwing out that there's a little nudity of female ranma in like every other episodeXD But it seems to happen less, in later episodes~
