I have to say the animation looks like its undergone some serious upgrading^.^
Especially the angels~
From the sound of it, the first OVA covers everthing before Asuka appears~
And I think the finale is supposed to have a completely different ending from the origenal anime or "The end of Evangelion"
(I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing=_=)

I'm looking forward to it personally^.^
hopefully It will be the way it was inteded to origenally be if Hideaki wasn't under the pressure of a budgetXD
(apparanly his long time rival looking at kare kano as wellXD)
