And this morning, though I don't know how official it is states (from AnimeNation):
"Geneon USA has officially informed retailers that as of 5 PM PDT this Friday, September 28th, the company will cease all DVD production, sales, and distribution.

All Geneon USA DVD titles scheduled for release after November 11, 2007 have apparently been canceled."

O.o Geneon dead... a loss for the anime community... not to mention no one knows whats going to happen to the Hellsing getting stuck in the middle of all this...

=( looks like its official... still no word of whats going to happen to their liscences or mid production anime.
