You'll need to sign up for this, but I've never found a better site. It's free, and if you ever make a video, they have free hosting as well.

Anime Music Videos . org is indeed the best site avalible as it serves as a central database of all AMVS. What you cant find directly via Anime Music Videos . org, you can find through links provided on the site. It also has a favorites listing and a ranking system that helps locate the better AMV's so you dont waste bandwidth too much.
