I don't know how old this is, and Its not in my top favorites or anything, but since I just finished it I thought I'd make a review for it.

This Anime is about a high school girl named Karin, who happens to be from a family of vampires. She coincidently is different from the rest of her family becuase unlike most vampires instead of drinking blood, she creates blood. When her vampire blood gets aroused (wich is around unhappy people), she either needs to find some one to inject her blood into or it all comes out her nose (a lot...). Even so becuase she isn't a normal vampire she still goes to school becuase the sun doesn't effect her, and has to hide her secret.
The show starts with some guy (looks a lot like Ichigo from bleach without the furrowed eyebrow thing going) who transfers to her school. Being around him at all makes her blood go crazy and after days of attempting to avoid him he witnesses one of her crazy nose bleeds. Eventually he finds out about her being a vampire and promises to keep her secret and with some "persuasion" from Karin's family he decides to help her as much as he can ect ect ladidadida wich eventually evolves into cute steriotypical crush between highschool boy/girl (if you exclude the vampire thing).
This is an ok anime, they could have done better with the anime. The characters only ever seem half developed. Personally the only 2 I like are Karin's brother haha, but he's kinda of a playboy, and "Winner Sinclaire" crazy European vampire hunter kid, who vows to destroy all vampires, and happens to be in love with Karin. (doesn't know she's one herself) He had a dream that she was his first... (kiss), actually if you watch the first episode he happened to be the first person she bit... The Grandma's ok too, and there's a steriotypical "Tomoyo" character (Like in CCS), that is Karin's younger sister. She's kinda creepy though and carries around a mean talking doll with a butcher's knife.
Overall a cute anime, good for one watch through at least. Has a few funny parts^.^
I was quite disapointed with the ending though, you have hopes of it getting serious, but the last 10 minutes literally crush it all and it has a lighthearted happy ending.
