This makes 19 people staying in the 3 hotel rooms. I'll be asking for people to let me know if they are interested in driving. It's about 2 1/2 hours each way and if you volunteer to drive, you should be prepared to leave for the con by 11a.m. on Friday, February 16th. If you are a driver, you will receive money for gas, tolls, and parking. Please remember as we get closer to the con, you will be REQUIRED to keep ALL car-related receipts.
Guests will be asked to be an additional $60 for their hotel rooms. Sorry, guys. It's a little more expensive because we have fewer people in more rooms.

If you can give me your ticket money of $40 (cash, please) on Monday, I will put you in as a late register. However, anyone who is coming to Katsucon has to participate in a fundraiser, so...you and Sara (another member who couldn't make it to either of the bake sales we had this semester) will have to help me fundraise next semester before we go. Otherwise, you'll have to pay for your portion of the hotel room. That's the deal. ;)
Let me know ASAP if you'd like to sign up. I'm a little behind on sending in the registration and I want to get it in right away.

Elisa - Since I haven't heard from you, I'm assuming you not longer want to go and I need to send in the resgistration now. If you decide you do want to go later, we still have two open spots in the hotel. You will have to register on your own, but you can stay in our hotel rooms. Please let me know ASAP.
